Functions of our brewery system
At the PC, the brewer can change details of the recipes, create new ones or intervene in the brewing process - simply via Excel. You don't need to program Excel, nor be able to use functions or formulas. The process control then takes over monitoring, calculations and control functions.
All functions from the malt silo to the fermentation cellar can be automated in the system and, if necessary, additional areas can be integrated, for example a refrigeration system or compressed air supply.
During commissioning, we help you with setting up your first recipes, so the brewer gets to know the structure of multibrau plus.
